about watch file

Could anybody teach me how to watch file under aidermacs (--watch of aider).
I tried to add a file under aidermacs, and add a comment in a code by ending with "AI!", but aideremacs does not response this trigger.

I've checked that --watch-files work in the vterm mode but not in comint mode. So far no clue as to why. I've created issue #96
