UI must haves

Hi, I just found out about this software trough Mr. Sujano's videos. Nice to see a piece of software of this kind again.

There are a few UI requests that would improve usability:

• Ability to drag multiple shortcuts at once to create profiles
• Ability do multi-select games from the manage steam option
• And, mainly, to make the above kinda secondary, ability do scan knows save data locations and auto create profiles. As someone with over 300 played games spanning decades, creating a profile for each game manually is kinda of a big chore, and the main detriment do the full enjoyment of SaveState

thanks for appreciating the work I've done so far, I wouldn't mind adding something very similar to your proposals, but you'll have to wait for 1.4.2, the version I'm working on now already has too many headaches to work as I want perfectly so I prefer to release 1.4.1 first and then dedicate myself to something else.
