Prelease 9.0.0 is now on dockerhub

A new Docker image has been added to dockerhub.

The main features of the upcoming 9.0.0 release are Python 3.13 support (which speeds up execution a little). Some internal improvements have been made to speed up evaluation as well. There is expanded support for debugging, mathicsscript improvements, and starting to handle boxing expressions \( ... \) better.

In putting together this image, I see several little bugs that I am working my way through.
