Unifying `jobstore` in Jobflow-Remote and `JOB_STORE` in Jobflow

In Jobflow-Remote, there is a field in the configuration YAML called jobstore where the user can add things like the docs_store. In Jobflow without Jobflow-Remote, the analogous YAML file has JOB_STORE for the same purpose. To make it easier for users that might transition from running just on Jobflow to then using Jobflow-Remote, it would be beneficial to support jobstore or JOB_STORE in Jobflow-Remote.

We could use a pydantic alias to accept both jobstore and JOB_STORE for the definition in the project configuration. I think this would work. What do you think?
