On clean start ask for configuration automatically

When bootstrap is started without any specific parameters (like solution/workload, but I think it should be used also for configuration filename) it should actively ask user to choose that. For example:

Program: Please enter your configuration filename: ... Program: Please choose solution: ... Program: Please choose workload: ... Program starts and starts mining automatically (as in #2)
