Bug Description

Compiling for Duel extruder single nozzle CR10/CRX same printer just 2 to 1 duel color.

Bug Timeline

This is a new build so first time to come across this type of erroe.

Expected behavior

I expected it to compile for the 2 to 1 print head (Duel extruder)

Actual behavior

errors out error: 'VP_E1_STEP_PER_MM' was not declared in this scope;

Steps to Reproduce

Cr10.CRX configs
stock screen (DGUS_LCD_UI ORIGIN)
duel 2 to 1 print hear duel extruder.
