An instructor noted for their course they wanted to disable the ability to provide annotations, as the only feedback needed is the score. They did not want reviewers to provide annotations which will influence other reviewers.
This disable annotation feature can be instance wide instead of an assignment-by-assignment basis. However, perhaps best to have it on the assignment level which will provide more granular control, and would cater to scenarios where some assignments may need this feature and others may not.
