Upload Starter zip file does not work

**Description:** 

When uploading a zip file with 'unzip all zip files in place' selected, in the Starter Files section, it would not upload. In addition to after doing this, you then upload a separate starter file, there would then appear one of the file/folder from the zip file (note: even though there are multiple files/folders in the zip file, only 1 appears).
