[Feature] Tag list should display related tags only for the current filtered view

Here is the story. If I click on a tag, I'm shown a list of links that have that particular tag.
On that page, I would like to see in the right hand bar only tags that are related to this one. Meaning only a list of tags that are also associated with the current links I'm viewing. And when I click on one of them, I should sub filter the results.
Tag count should ideally also be updated, if that's possible.

After a bit of research, it seems this capability might only be accessible to the tag lists on the tag.list and tag.cloud template. Need to dig deeper bit it seems a limitation on how Shaarli is conceived.
