Camera Orbit Animation 1.1.0

All actions are disabled during the animation and re-enabled once the animation ends. This was to fix the issue of players being able to shoot with weapons, reload, aim, and interact with triggers.

There is also a Binding Set added so the player can customize the specific action to exit the animation.
