No feedback when user cancels a project

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Enter Admin mode
2. Navigate to the Projects tab
3. Create a new project
4. Fill out the initial information and press Cancel
5. Press "Yes" when asked if you want to cancel

OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR:
There is no feedback when the project is canceled after you confirm your choice. Instead, the screen reader just goes back to the previous page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
There should be dynamic feedback from the screen reader over cancelled projects.
