Issue with installing PADForSFS

Hello, I'm currently trying to run the tutorial for mad analysis5, however when trying to install the PADForSFS the following error keeps popping up:

MA5-ERROR: Impossible to create the directory:
MA5-ERROR: /home/francis-manzano/madanalysis5/bin/tools/PADForSFS
MA5-ERROR: job submission aborted.

At first I thought it was an issue with the permissions for the madanalysis folder. I tried using the chmod command but upon retrying the same error happens. Can someone help me with this issue?
