[Feature Request] Check connection to the concrete5.org before upgrade #19
Description
Some web servers don't have access to remote servers.
If you run the upgrade command on those servers it shows the error message after moving the concrete and other directories that break the site.
Let's check if it can connect to the concrete5.org otherwise show the error message You don't have access to the concrete5.org before doing these operations.
Additionally, we can add an option to use a local path for the concrete5.zip.
