Save initial SQL dump into backup location to make it more secure

Currently, the SQL dump file was created under WHERE_IS_CONCRETE5 location temporarily.

This is because I wanted to make it easy to tar one location.
However, if you failed and stopped the backup in the middle, the SQL file will be left on concrete5 web root.
This is a bit insecure.

I want to change it to save SQL dump to backup directory location to make it safe.
