Rename from Jomegatron

Change name of repository and any packages if necessary. Haven't done this yet to avoid breaking everyone's references to the repo.

A tag was added where Jomegatron's code was after the 2012 competition. (Jomegatron-IGVC-2012-Final)

This will happen at a meeting when we can make sure everyone is aware of it, and an email will be sent to inform those not present of the change.
