Run entire stack behind a proxy?

Is there a way to run the entire docker stack behind a proxy?
Meaning some proxy providers only have IP auth method so adding 1 static proxy behind several machines would be very nice to have.

I tried severl options in ubuntu with commands but nothing really worked. I have tested several methods from here:
