Issue with lidar-video tool | TypeError: cannot subtract DatetimeArray from ndarray

I am unable to use the lidar-video tool to pull lidar data for videos. I set up a simple test case for a single flight and am getting errors. Based on the traceback, I think it has something to do with date formatting but I have checked my GPS file multiple times and can't find any issues.
