No access to mimiciv_note and mimiciv_ed on Google Cloud

I cannot query mimiciv_note and mimiciv_ed on Google Cloud since a couple of days.
mimiciv_2_2_*, mimiciv_ecg, and mimiciv_hosp are still available.

@KevinKloiber Please try re-requesting access to the relevant datasets on PhysioNet. Some of the Google Cloud permission groups were cleared a few days ago.

For anyone wondering where to re-request access, it is at the bottom under Files > Access the files > Request access using Google BigQuery
