For certain labs, values outside a certain range don't seem to be present e.g. no patients with potassium >6.0, or pH <7.25. These are somewhat extreme values, but in other ICU datasets (and clinical experience) I would still expect many patients (thousands) with these values. Is this anything to do with data de-identification?
