Advise on ECG dataset / .hea and .dat files into Postgres database

Hello! I‘d wanted to ask if anyone has experience on whats the best way to store .hea and .dat files in a postgres database? I couldn’t find anything so far on how to load the ECG dataset into postgres. Any advise would be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance and best regards.
