Hi,
As part of the data usage policy for MIMIC_CXR dataset, I am trying to clarify the extent of code share as some of the components used in the paper is proprietary. For the planned paper, I am using the MIMIC_CXR dataset purely to train a YOLOv5 model to locate some annotated anatomical regions based on the standard instruction from the originator for YOLOv5 (https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5). The trained model is then used on a separate chest X-ray dataset for further radiomics analysis (by running the pyradiomics (https://pyradiomics.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). These analysis, and other developed proprietary components built completely independent of the YOLOv5 module, will form the core of the paper.
Since the MIMIC_CXR is used purely for training the YOLOv5 model, would a citation to the YOLOv5 github repo be sufficient to address the code share requirement or a shell script for running those suggested code to train be needed?
I do not see an email that I can contact via the project website. Hope I have landed in the appropriate channel for this issue. Please suggest an email that I may contact if you may regarding this.
Many Thanks.
