About diagnoses_icd in MIMIC-CXR

Using subject_id and datetimes in MIMIC-CXR-JPG ,I assigned an hadm_id. But there are some strange problems. For example, for patients with hadm_id 21407486, the corresponding study_id includes 50001417,52995237, 57210915, 58684730 and 59585183.There is no mention of lung cancer in these reports, but the corresponding diagnoses_icd has a code of 1623 with first SEQ, meaning "Malignant neoplasm of upper lobe, Bronchus or lung".I don't know if this is a problem with the data?
