Update the lower MAP score threshold for `notebooks/trec.ipynb`

Since #8, notebooks/trec.ipynb achieves MAP score 43.06% that passes the current lower threshold (13.5%). We should update the lower threshold to ~50%. See also a related comment from the review of #8. See also how we derived the lower threshold in spring 2021.
