Add loading animation for data loading

Summary

Considering Rica takes 5 seconds to make sure the data is loaded correctly, it would be nice to show users Rica is loading the data with some kind of animations.

Next Steps

• Make the Upload Folder button editable.
• Change the Upload Folder text to show data is being loaded.
• Change the Upload Folder icon to a loading animation.
