Next Steps

• Open a new branch called decision_tree.
• Once the decision tree is stable, run tedana on some data and check the outputs.
• Adjust Rica's UploadFolder functionality to be compatible with the new outputs.
• Adjust Rica's Plots functionality to show new information made available by the decision tree.
• Test on a bunch of datasets.
