Explain how they wouldn’t normally be admins

There was a good discussion prompted by a question about how the database would normally be networked. I thought it would be good to add something to explain that normally the database would be hosted somewhere else, and access would be much more locked down. It’s good to understand that normally they wouldn’t be able to perform destructive actions directly against production.
