Having multiple different MCC for different servers or accounts

I play on 2 different servers am I sometimes use 2 different accounts on these servers. I would like to be able to have 4 different MCC for the different servers and accounts without having to change the configuration file every time. I also use different tasks and other things on these servers. Is there a way to have these different configuration files and ensure they won't over save each other? I know I can change the file names, but I am not sure if the client will still work then.
