MADIICES Feedback Form summary (from Caterina):

• positive feedback in general
• more hacking time
• opportunity for a quick presentation by every attendee (ideally on a first day)

Todo for MADIICES (from Peter):

• photo gallery - no one objected, so photos will be uploaded into a gallery on http://madices.github.io in due course.
• as we continue with the series, the website should be rearranged into a multi-event set-up to allow for permalinks

MAD3CES Planning (from Edan & Giovanni):

• plan is to go ahead with the series
• focus more heavy on implementation (i.e. more hacking time)
• organising committee:
  • Edan and Caterina
  • Simon Bekemeier and Samantha Pearman-Kanza confirmed today
  • possibly Carlo Pignedoli if location is Empa, Stefan Kuhn also interested
• deadline for CECAM application is 10. July 2024
  • location: Lausanne (CECAM-HQ) or elsewhere in CH (e.g. Empa or PSI) with CECAM support preferred
  • dates: ideally end of 2025; Oct./Nov. 2025 may work for many, but may clash with semester dates
