DM32UV 50mhz-80mhz fm recieve

hi guys, does anyone know how to change the mode to FM in the 50mhz - 80mhz band, using the HEX editor software. i just cant see where in the data on how to change the mode.

As far as I know it's not possible to do so, unless you saw somebody was able to do it, then please provide some proof of that and some people might start looking at it seriously.
