Checking the ComfyUI's versions

Is there a sort of readme files for version checking? I'm glad that you guys put changing version functions, but I'm having a hard time understanding which version is which.
For me, I'm using ComfyUI, and it usually comes with versions like 0.3.44 / 0.3.43. But what I find in changing version tab in Stable Matrix, is something called Master version with a whole lot more letters with numbers like 65380a23g... I don't know how to pick a precise numbering versions of ComfyUI.
