Moving Models from Local Install to StabilityMatrix

A friend suggested I use Stability Matrix instead of fighting with the different UI's I have. I chose Forge as the starting point, since that's my main UI I use. I thought it would ask me where my install is so it could read the files there, not install a new instance of it.

I'm totally okay with that, I'm just wondering how I should go about this. I'm not the brightest knife in the crayon box, and before I accidentally break something I wanted to ask if I should move all my checkpoints, VAE, ESRGAN files, samplers, LoRAs and embeddings to the data folder in Stability Matrix? Or should I create symlinks or something?
