Lychee in a sub folder does not work

Detailed description of the problem

I upgraded from Lychee 6.2.0 to 6.9.1 now that Debian trixie is available with PHP 8.4.
My gallery is at https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/

With Lychee 6.2.0 I used:

APP_URL=https://images2.apdu.fr/
APP_DIR=Lychee

I modified .env to be:

APP_URL=https://images2.apdu.fr/
# APP_DIR=

and some (not all) URLs are incorrect.

For example https://images2.apdu.fr/dist/user.css should be https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/dist/user.css
https://images2.apdu.fr/uploads/small2x/c9/4a/c7a197090327d8f3c52d316b9331.JPG should be https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/uploads/small2x/c9/4a/c7a197090327d8f3c52d316b9331.JPG

If I use:

APP_URL=https://images2.apdu.fr/
APP_DIR=/Lychee

https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/ is redirected to https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/Lychee/Lychee/ and I get an error page: Could not write in the logs. Check that storage/logs/ and containing files have proper permissions.

If I use:

APP_URL=https://images2.apdu.fr/Lychee/
# APP_DIR=

I can see my photos. Nice.
But then Auto-diagnostic complains with:

My intuition is also that you will probably need to also use ASSETS_URL.

Can you replace your app/View/Components/Meta.php with that file : https://github.com/LycheeOrg/Lychee/blob/fix-sub-folder-duplicate-behaviour/app/View/Components/Meta.php ?

Expected env:

APP_URL = example.tld
APP_DIR = /Lychee/

you can ignore the ASSETS_URL (I tested, it should works without)
