Add an option to force the hostage type

Hostages in the shell 1 core change depending on the system clock in new game + runs.

1 to 2 PM -- all middle-aged men

10 to 11 PM -- all middle-aged women

12 (midnight) to 1AM -- all Jennifers https://metalgear.fandom.com/wiki/Jennifer_(hostage)

Would be cool to be able to force what kind of hostages you have.
