[Bug] Fixing Chabot Reponsive (Mobile View) Overlapping #574

Bug Description?
The ChatBox pop up for mobile design is overlapping behind other componenets as buttons and service cards .Also if you are on service page in mobile mode you are not able to open chatbox.
