TNT issue on server restart #124

预期的行为 Expected behavior
When the TNT duplication mechanic is activated and the server is restarted, newly duplicated TNT from an already running TNT duper will no longer explode. See video in the attachment.
观测到的实际行为 Observed/Actual behavior
The (duplicated) tnt should explode, even after the server restart. The tnt duper must be restarted in order to function normally.
复现步骤 Steps/models to reproduce
A tnt duper must be running while tnt-duplication is enabled in the paper config, than the server must be restarted.
