Is it possible to have an option under luma settings for adjusting 3ds speaker equalizer settings or having basic choices like bass, jazz,default,rock etc..

Expecting anything out of the 3DS's speakers other than what comes out already is..... ambitious. They aren't that good to begin with; even if equalizers were implemented, you'd not be able to tell much of a difference, honestly.
