[Feature Request] Changing the sensitivity of the volume slider

hello i have an isssue with my volume slider where it wont fully mute and the problem could be resolved if i could be able to change the minimum/maximum values on the slider

for example if the volume slider is broken and it doesnt detect that its fully in its muted position, it would still be possible to fully mute the system
example:

actual volume position:10 -> final volume: 0
actual volume position: 90 -> final volume :100
