Support HTTP range requests with multiple ranges and `If-Range` header

In aa20d10 basic range requests were implemented. But in theory, we should also support multipart requests with multiple ranges and the If-Range header. But since I didn't need those yet, I haven't implemented it yet. Low priority until someone needs it.
