v15 does not throw without a license

@jbogard - I was going to request an org level secret (license key for all the extensions) at https://github.com/AutoMapper. The tests run without error though i.e., can't get it to fail without the license.

Is that intended?

Yeah, it's intended. I don't want to throw exceptions or blow anything up or track anything even. Companies that are used to paying for licenses will do so.

It did have some breaking changes in the API to require an ILoggerFactory but usually no one sees that. I only log messages out if there's no license key.

What I'm not sure about is the NuGet key - I had to create new one and I can't remember if it invalidates the previous one. I guess we'll see?

Got it. The breaking changes weren't too much trouble. I'll ping here if the old NuGet key fails.
