How to build from source for AutoMapper.Extensions.ExpressionMapping?

I get these errors when building in Visual Studio 2022 and 2019:

I can build other Class Library projects just fine.

Workaround: Comment out <PackageReference Include="MinVer" Version="2.3.0">...</PackageReference> in AutoMapper.Extensions.ExpressionMapping.csproj#L28-L31.
