Do release step via GitHub Actions, not Travis-CI #1
Description
Start migrating stuff from Travis-CI - in particular, it would make sense to migrate pypi release process to GitHub Actions, we can also then leverage Actions for pushing a correct release description to GitHub Releases, etc etc.
