Bound Tree #136
Description
We need to create the bound tree so that we can have a semantic representation of the tree with semantic features, such as variable inferred types, if block conditions, function captured variables, function arguments, function return type and more.
This will require creating and maintaining a 2nd source generator and XML file similar to Syntax.xml.
