Upload the code so that you can use it directly

Hey,
I really like the add-on but unfortunately the file include doesn't really work.
Since I wanted to check now that what is the problem.

Unfortunately, I do not get the add-on to run. Partly the directory structure is completely different than it is specified in the code.

Can you please upload a code where you can join?
