Does not recognize translations #247

Version v0.15.1
Sorry if these are duplicates.
The app Stringlate does not recognize translations.
Can not translate an application that contains at the beginning of XML (strings.xml):

<resources xmlns: tools = "http://schemas.android.com/tools" xml: xliff = "urn: oasis: names: tc: xliff: document: 1.2" tools: ignore = "MissingTranslation">
