One Item in a column

I have a collection on the left side first column I want to be by itself and have all of the others in the next 3 rows. Is there a way to edit the config so personal is solo in that row? Nothing should be under personal.

Here you can choose the number of colums and the number of rows of each section, so you could set the Personal Section to be 1 Column and like 6 rows, depending on the screen size.
