Custom ticks aren't recreated when unzooming or panning left #1
Description
Ticks are automatically created as the axis scrolls to the right, but attempting to manually pan left will not recreate the previously deleted ticks. Likewise, panning ahead of the line and then returning to it will cause all custom ticks to have already been destroyed, such that they will not be recreated as the line now moves past them.
Is this intentionnal to demonstrate how custom ticks work, or is this an unintended bug?
