Can't read entities in certain block

File to reproduce the issue:

• DWG file: ABANGMI#372#459.dwg.zip
• DXF file: ABANGMI#372#459..dxf.zip

Step to reproduce the issue:
Open the attached dwg file (not dxf file) and try to read entities in block named "ABANGMI#372#459". The number of entities is 0 in this block.

Actually it is easier to reproduce it using libredwg-web demo app. The screenshot is as follows.

Expexted Results:
There are lots of entities in block "ABANGMI#372#459". The number of entities should not be 0.

Notes:
libredwg-web is libredwg javascript API created by me.
