Consolidate Pseudocode episode with solutions #3

How could the content be improved?
Potential solutions for challenges in the pseudocode episode are currently listed in a separate solutions episode. To improve the flow of synchronous instruction, it would make more sense to move the solutions directly into the pseudocode episode and delete the solutions episode. It's inconvenient for an instructor or learner to toggle back and forth between episodes.
