Time limit not shown to user

Using Prüfungsstick based on Lernstick version 2019-06-10, the time limit set in Glados is nowhere visible on the exam desktop. This does not correspond to the help text in the Glados web interface.

This is still not implemented yet, although the student exam view is already implemented -> the "Result" tab in the ticket view. This will be included in the next version or the version after that one.
