There is an equivalent SwiftUI API. Not sure if I'll be able to use it to put the popup bar there, and let it minimize with the system. I might try, we'll see. I find myself exhausted with this garbage design already, and I haven done zero work to support it LOL. Let's see how the design progresses over the summer.

So I played today with beta 2 in the simulator, and it's still completely broken, so I will not yet be doing any work on this. The more I see of this garbage, the less motivated I am to invest myself.

@gcox Haha, this is the first beta I have not even considered installing. That includes iOS 7 beta 1 on my main device when I was in California for WWDC. This is just egregiously terrible.
